World

I always make a valiant effort to make a positive impression on the world around me, whether that is through being kind, giving, or simply being polite. My dream is to one day be able to give back to others the things which I have been able to experience and have. I truly believe that each individual is unique and harnesses the ability to have a good heart, it makes me sad to see that not everyone in this world has the same opportunities. On general terms, I aspire to level the playing fields for individuals who experience the harshest inequalities in the world. Each individual if given the correct environment and opportunities has the capability of creating a successful future for themselves. It breaks my heart to see the unfair treatment that people across the globe experience, I wish to one day be able to help prosper a world where each individual, regardless of ethnicity or skin color, is valued and appreciated. Specifically, one global event that arises strong emotional feelings is the immigrant crisis in the Mediterranean, it is very sad to see how the world, and specially the Unites States, is turning a blind eye to the hopeless migrants escaping their worn torn countries.  I wish the world would be more open to embracing different cultures and people of different background and were not so quick to judge or mistreat people which they know nothing about. Injustice and mistreatment is rampant in the world and I aim, if ever in a portion of power, to stifle and push aside beliefs or actions that contribute to these negative ideas that plague or society.
