Martin Center for Injustice

Could you imagine sitting in a back of a cop car or a jail cell for something you did not do? Or having a family member being mistreated by law enforcement for their skin color?
This is the sad reality of many of the poorest and misjudged minorities of the United States, we have had one too many Michael Browns and Eric Garners. At the Martin Center for Legal Justice, we will sort through the hundreds of cases where racism, unethical practice, and prejudice were used as a means of unlawful arrest or actions. We will give each of our client’s top legal defense attorneys that will help relieve them of the injustice they have experienced and make sure their voices will be heard loudly. Many of the victims that fall to police mistreatment and brutality do not have the means of defending themselves, we will ensure we give them the voice and tools to be able to gain the freedom and justice they deserve. No one should be every mistreated for their skin color or background and we seek to hold accountability to those in our legal system who break that. We are unique because we will pay for all legal defense teams of our clients and also offer various support programs that offer counseling and rehabilitation services. Anima Mundi Development Partners should support our program because we are driven on the pure passion to fight injustice for those who have no voice, we are a competent and experienced organization that will do something to change our broken system. More than ever there has been a prevalence of police brutality toward minorities and we want to make the stand that this will not be tolerated and accountability will ultimately help resolve this broken system.

Our unique approach allows us to comfort and support not only the victims but also their families, while at the same time pursuing a course of justice. We have a common goal in mind that many similar organizations share, what makes us different is that we are fueled not only on settling the cases but to make long term influence on that way law enforcement in the United States functions. We seek to meet with congress and other governmental entities on bringing up the unfair sentencing practices and behavior that are targeted at incarcerating minorities. We want to send the message that this sort of system is no longer tolerable, and we will fight with every resource we have to change it for the better.
